Abstract

In his article the author substantiates the necessity of changing the model of state regulation in reference to economic behavior of households. In the author’s opinion, households determine the course of changes in economic behavior of other subjects of economy as well; that being extremely necessary for Tajikistan republic under contemporary conditions. Thereby, at the initial stage state influence must be carried out just beginning with this economy subject. The author adduces a classification for non-consumptive goods, proceeding from which he suggests state affecting over a respective part of demands moved by households. He demonstrates schematically a mechanism of state regulation in regard to population’s demands concerned with non-food produce, presupposed results in the frames of Tajikistan being presented.
