Индивидуально-личностная детерминация жизнестойкости спасателей МЧС в аспекте внутрипрофессиональной дифференциации

Abstract

Research of the phenomenon of person's hardiness has recently become enough topical. The essence of this phenomenon, the conditions of its development, its connection with other personal qualities are actively studied by scientists. Practical tasks in the formation of hardiness are set. The works on studying the professional aspect of hardiness are of special interest as modern conditions of professional work are extreme and stimulating destructive personal displays, which shows stricter requirements to experts' ability to overcome complex professional situations. In S. Maddi's opinion, hardiness as the internal resource has orientations and skills in its structure that allow transforming stressful situations into new opportunities of personal development. In D.A. Leontiev's opinion, hardiness represents an ability of the person to cope with a stressful situation, to keep internal balance without reducing the success of an activity. A.N. Fomina understands hardiness as an integral feature of the person's individuality including significant elements of psycho-physiological, semantic and social-psychological levels which are shown as a uniform complex promoting successful overcoming of certain stressful situations. Basing on these representations, the purpose of research has been formulated as a study of the types of interrelations of hardiness and its elements with individual-typological and axiological features of EMERCOM rescuers in the aspect of intraprofessional differentiation. Research was carried out with the use of the theory of the functional psychological system of activity, which has allowed confirming the hypothesis about the specification of hardiness of rescuers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and its individual-personal a determinants with intraprofessional distinctions.
