Перспективы эндоэкологической реабилитации больных аутоиммунными заболеваниями щитовидной железы

Abstract

Оценивалась перспективность применения метода атравматической эндоэкологической реабилитации по Ю.М. Левину в терапии аутоиммунных заболеваний на модели аутоиммунного тиреоидита, как метода детоксикации в комплексной терапии. В качестве критериев оценки уровня антител к ТПО и иммунологического статуса использовались тесты первого и второго уровня. Определение количества лейкоцитов и лимфоцитов осуществлялось на гематологическом анализаторе. Показатели клеточного иммунитета (CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+, CD16+, CD56+) изучали методами проточной флоуцитометрии и лимфотоксического теста с использованием наборов моноклональных антител. Концентрации сывороточных иммуноглобулинов основных классов (IgA, IgM, IgG) ‒ турбидиметрическим методом. Так же оценивались функциональные состояния психосоциальной сферы и качества жизни, реабилитационных возможностей организма.
