Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of instruments of material and cash flows optimization. There is considered the structure and dynamic of factoring market. The article also gives suggestions on the way of collaboration of enterprises with factors.

Проанализированы финансовые инструменты синхронизации материальных и денежных потоков. Исследованы структура и динамика рынка факторинга. Сформулированы предложения относительно направлений сотрудничества организаций с факторами.
