Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам право-вого регулирования договора международной купли-продажи товаров между субъектами предпринима-тельской деятельности стран СНГ. Автором рас-сматриваются основные источники правового регу-лирования данного договора, проблемы их примене-ния, анализируются отдельные вопросы арбитражной практики.

This paper discloses the problems of legal regulation of the contract for the international sale of goods between business entities of the CIS countries. The author examines basic sources of legal regulation of such contracts, aspects of their application, analyzes several issues of arbitration practice.
