Abstract

В статье анализируется институт лоббизма как естественное явление для любого государства. Приводится предыстория возникновения института лоббизма в России и реальные примеры лоббистской деятельности. Дается авторская оценка преимуществ цивилизованного лоббизма, а также перспективы политико-правового регулирования лоббистской деятельности в России.

The author analyzes lobbying as a natural phenomenon for any country. The paper presents the background of lobbying in Russia, shows real examples of lobbying activities. The author's makes his own assessment of the benefits of civilized lobbyism as well as the prospects of political and legal regulation of lobbying activities in Russia.
