The article analyzes the concept, classification of the investigative situation, addresses the need for an analysis of typical investigative situations with the purpose of nominating a typical version, the need to study the investigator information about the crime to determine the situation, pull-version, determining the direction of the investigation.

В статье анализируются понятие, классификация следственной ситуации, рассматривается необходимость анализа типичной следственной ситуации с целью выдвижения типичных версий, изучения следователем (дознавателем) информации о совершенном преступлении для определения ситуации, выдвижения версии, определения направления расследования.
