Медико-демографическая ситуация и смерность от болезней органов пищеварения в Тверской области

Abstract

В статье рассматривается одна из основных медико-демографических проблем Тверского региона высокая смертность населения, в том числе трудоспособного возраста. Анализируется распространённость и структура основных причин смерти; подроблено рассматривается динамика смертности от болезней органов пищеварения; сформулированы основные стратегические подходы к формированию целевых программ по снижению преждевременной смертности населения. Изложенные в статье подходы будут способствовать поиску оптимальных управленческих и организационных решений со стороны руководителей различного уровня

This article discusses one of the basic health and demographic problems of the Tver region the high mortality rate, including those of working age. Analysis the prevalence and structure of the main causes of death; details analysis the dynamics of mortality from diseases of the digestive system, formulated the basic strategic approaches to creating targeted programs to reduce premature mortality. Set out in article approaches will facilitate the search for optimal management and organizational decisions by managers at various levels
