Соотношение организационной и профессиональной приверженности у врачей анестезиологов-реаниматологов

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются понятия профессиональной и организационной приверженности, их взаимосвязь с компонентами синдрома профессионального выгорания среди профессиональной группы врачей анестезиологов-реаниматологов. Описывается взаимосвязь компонентов профессиональной и организационной приверженности, частично подтверждающая теорию конфликта разных видов приверженности.

This is a study on professional and organizational commitments and their relations with burnout syndrome among professional anesthesiologists working in intensive care. Interrelations between these two types of commitments are analyzed. Our results partially confirm the theory of conflicting types of commitment.
