The article exposes the content of contractual freedom principle. The author deals with the forms of manifestation of the contract freedom in retail sales and their limitations. The author also touches upon the facts of abuse of contractual freedom by the seller.
В статье раскрывается содержание принципа свободы договора. Рассматриваются формы проявления свободы договора в розничной купле-продаже и их ограничения, а также возможные случаи злоупотребления свободой договора со стороны продавца.
