Фразеология в помощь криминалистике и судебной экспертизе

Abstract

The author described fixed phrases as the specific objectives of the forensic examination, spoke about identification and diagnostic tasks. The questions of the use of communicative approach to the text’s study are examined in the article. The author presents the analysis algorithm, which allows to select the phraseological units’s parameters of signification. Parametric model, in author's opinion, will contribute to greater objectification of research results, escape from descriptiveness and retelling to establish the facts.

В работе говорится о важности исследования фразеологических единиц в процессе решения как идентификационных, так и диагностических задач в рамках проведения судебной автороведческой экспертизы, а также уделяется внимание решению отдельных задач в области судебной лингвистической экспертизы. Автор рассказывает о возможностях использования функционально-параметрического метода исследования фразеологических единиц при проведении судебной лингвистической экспертизы.
