Considering economic-political strategic importance developments of process of nanoindustrialization of the country, its complexity, financial expenses, and the raised investment risks connected with it, the author concentrates on working out the effective legal mechanisms directed at their minimization. Leaning against the carried out analysis, the operating investment legislation, the basic directions of perfection of the investment legislation in nanoindustry sphere are allocated. The necessity of acceptance of the special Federal Law «About bases of legal regulation of nanoindustrialization in the Russian Federation» is proved.

Учитывая экономико-политическую стратегическую важность развития процесса наноиндустриализации страны, его сложность, финансовую затратность и связанные с этим повышенные инвестиционные риски, в своей статье авторы задумываются о разработке эффективных правовых механизмов, направленных на их минимизацию. На основе проведенного анализа действующего инвестиционного законодательства выделяются основные направления его совершенствования в сфере наноиндустрии. Обосновывается необходимость принятия специального Федерального закона «Об основах правового регулирования наноиндустриализации в РФ».
