Abstract

For the dynamic evaluation of endothelial rhythms of microvessels by the method of laser doppler flowmetry there were examined 128 patients of the middle and old age with different course of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and 50 somatically healthy persons of Astrakhanian region. During the recrudescence of COPD it has been determined that the patients of the middle age have the increased amplitude of endothelial rhythms. This activation of microvessels of endothelium was not grading after the treatment of the patients of middle age who had less severe course of COPD. In old age patients the amplitude of endothelial rhythms (Ae=0,260,02 units) and normal values of the amplitude of endothelial rhythms (Ae/ZSKV=6,200,82 units, Аe/PМ=2,760,07 units) were observed, which remained during the decrease of recrudescence.
