Abstract

In this article P.N. Savitsky’s basic concepts, as one of the leaders of Eurasianism are considered. In his works the Eastern vector of Eurasianism, associated with the recognition of the important role of the East in the history of Russia, is fully justified. The main idea of Savitsky was the idea that the geographical position of Russia-Eurasia, the synthesis of the Western and Eastern origins, the Eurasian identity is its fate.
