Abstract

Corporate philosophy as the basis of creative organization. Studying of values of corporate culture becomes today a perspective direction of scientific activity within the limits of which solve problems of effective development of modern society. The corporate philosophy concerns to valuable orientations of corporate culture.

Изучение ценностей корпоративной культуры становится сегодня перспективным направлением научной деятельности, в рамках которого решаются проблемы эффективного развития современного социума. К ценностным ориентациям корпоративной культуры относится корпоративная философия.
