Abstract

Dynamics of liver tissue microregion morphological changes are investigated in male Wistar rats during the late manifestations of traumatic disease and rehabilitation periods after shin-bone injury. The findings obtained have testified to the microcirculatory hemodynamic deregulation that leads to the tissue hypoxia. Endotoxic reduction in the rehabilitation period is accompanied with haemocirculation recovery and compensatory hypertrophy as well as hepatocytes polyploidization. The data revealed indicate the necessity for the differentiated approach for therapy and subsidiary factors influence during the late manifestations of traumatic disease and rehabilitation periods taking into account parenchymal organ changings.
