Abstract

В предлагаемых читателю материалах представлен создаваемый в муниципальных образованиях Ульяновской области опыт управления инновационными процессами на муниципальном уровне: проектирование реструктуризации сети школ муниципального образования; создание муниципальных инновационных площадок; сетевого взаимодействия школ; консалтинговых услуг и аудита образовательной деятельности. В этой статье публикуем первую часть этой работы.
