Abstract

The author considers the problem of legal regulation of property relations in the sphere of military-technical cooperation between the Russian Federation and foreign states, including the allocation of rights to results of intellectual activity (RIA), created with the assistance of government funding and (or) directly related to the defense and security of the Russian Federation, granting rights to use the RID, the Russian Federation, the privatization of property rights to RIA, the exclusive rights to know-how. We give suggestions to solve the problems identified.
