Abstract

The changes of systematic immunity among patients with various macrotypes of chronic endometritis depending on revealing method of PCR infectious agents have been analysed. It is established that in the presence of the positive PCR-test decrease in parametres of cellular immunity can mean decrease in protection against is conditional-pathogenic microorganisms, propensity to persistence leaving from immune supervision of an organism. It is shown that constant antigenic stimulation of the immune system from the source of a chronic inflammation in a uterus underlies the development of immune insufficiency. The obtained data suggest to the importance in the pathogenesis of chronic endometritis activation of is destructive-inflammatory processes, a disbalance of cellular and humoral immune links of immune system and autoimmunity reactions.
