Abstract

Анализируются современные подходы к пониманию биотехнологий, анализируются аспекты их правового регулирования в отечественном и зарубежном законодательстве. Так, в отечественном законодательстве в большей степени представлены правовые акты, регламентирующие разработку и использование биомедицинских технологий и биотехнологий в области сельскохозяйственной деятельности.
