Abstract

Studying of the remote postoperative period and quality of life of 22 patients after gunshot wounds of a breast is carried out. As a result of the conducted research it is established that complications in the remote postoperative period at the patients operated concerning gunshot wounds of a breast meet in 77,2 %. The revealed complications can be divided on it is purulent – septic – 36,3 % and connected with adhesive process – 77,2 %. Existence of adhesive process in a thorax at patients after operations for gunshot wounds of a breast is confirmed by x-ray researches of a thorax and electrocardiographic researches. When studying quality of life of such patients in the remote postoperative period decrease in such indicators of quality of life, as the general state of health (GH), influences of physical functioning (PF), an indicator of influence of a physical condition on role functioning (RP) and a scale reflecting intensity of pain and its influence on functioning (BP) is noted.
