Abstract

The article is concerned with the legal regime of United Nations Security Council regarding observing nuclear weapons non-proliferation standards. Key problems of nuclear weapons non-proliferation system performance and adopted binding decisions for the purpose of international peace and security support (resolutions) are considered.

В статье раскрывается правовой режим Совета Безопасности ООН в части соблюдения норм о нераспространении ядерного оружия. Рассмотрены ключевые проблемы функционирования системы нераспространения ядерного оружия и принятые в целях поддержания международного мира и безопасности решения, обязательные для исполнения (резолюции).
