Фармакологическая коррекция астенического синдрома и качества жизни у больных сахарным диабетом типа 2 с периферической нейропатией

Abstract

Проведена оценка влияния 12-недельного применения мельдония у больных сахарным диабетом типа 2 с периферической сенсомоторной нейропатией на выраженность астенического синдрома, качество жизни, клинические проявления нейропатии. Установлено достоверное уменьшение симптомов общей, психической и физической астении, улучшение показателей, отражающих качество жизни и степень тяжести нейропатии.
