Abstract

В современной литературе имеется множество данных о взаимосвязи общесоматической патологии со стоматологическим здоровьем человека. Недооценка заболеваний внутренних органов может привести к осложнениям во время лечения больного и к неэффективности стоматологической помощи. Взаимосвязь между общесоматическими заболеваниями, такими как сахарный диабет, острый лейкоз, хроническая почечная недостаточность и другими осуществляется посредством различных видов гомеостаза, нарушения которых приводят к различным заболеваниям как всего организма, так и полости рта. Структурные изменения, происходящие в организме при общесоматических заболеваниях, также приводят к нарушению в том числе и в полости рта. Это и нарушение слюноотделения, и изменения в биохимическом составе слюны, влекущие развитие множественного кариеса, кандидоза, и нарушения трофики тканей, кровоточивость десен, кровоизлияния на языке, небе, губах и др.

In contemporary literature there is a lot of data on the relationship somatic pathology of human dental health. Underestimation of the diseases of the internal organs can lead to complications during the treatment of the patient and to the inefficiency of dental care. The relationship between somatic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, acute leukemia, chronic renal failure, and another is performed by different types of homeostasis, disorders which lead to various diseases of the body as a whole, as well as the oral cavity. The structural changes occurring in the body in somatic diseases, as well lead to a breach of including in the mouth. This is a violation of salivation, and changes in the biochemical composition of saliva, entailing the development of multiple caries, candidiasis, and violations of the trophic tissue, bleeding gums, bleeding on the tongue, the sky, lips, etc.
