
The paper describes the results of the sociological research, directed to the study of the opinions of the regional pharmacy organizations managers on top factors the purchase of medicines by the population. It is presented the assessment of the impact of staff capacity of pharmaceutical institutions at the level of drug treatment pro vide. Data processing was carried out with the help of statistical methods. The results of the study showed the influence of factors such as age, managers of pharmaceutical institutions work experience on the assessment of accessibility of medical assistance, the assessment of the factors contributing to the public purchase of drugs and formation of stuff potential of the pharmacies.
В работе описаны результаты социологического исследования, направленного на изучение мнения руководителей региональных аптечных организаций о ведущих факторах покупки лекарственных средств населением, приведена оценка влияния кадрового потенциала аптечных организаций на уровень доступности лекарственной помощи. Обработка данных проводилась с использованием статистических методов. Результаты исследования показали влияние таких факторов, как возраст, стаж работы руководителей аптечных организаций на уровень оценки доступности лекарственной помощи, оценку факторов, способствующих покупки лекарственных препаратов, формирование кадрового потенциала аптеки.
