Повышение уровня профессиональной компетенции педагогов дополнительного образования детей

Abstract

В статье дается понятие компетентности, анализируется мотивация педагогической деятельности, приводятся принципы повышения квалификации, задачи, содержание, формы, методы и критерии профессиональной компетенции, а так же рассматривается апробация новых образовательных структур развития творческого потенциала педагога.The article focuses on the competence notion, the motivation of pedagogical activity is analyzed, and principles of vocational training are given; tasks, the content, forms and methods, and criteria of a professional competence are considered. Approbation of new educational structures of development of a creative potential of a teacher is examined.
