Теория экономических кризисов М. И. Туган-барановского и современность

Abstract

Масштабность потерь мировой экономики от современного экономического кризиса, поиска путей выхода из него и отсутствие современных фундаментальных исследований по проблемам циклического характера развития экономики, побуждают к более тщательному анализу исследований в теории кризиса. Одним из таких неординарных исследований являются работы нашего соотечественника М.И. Туган-Барановского, получивших восторженные отзывы видных исследователей экономических циклов Э. Хансена, Ж. Лескюра, Й. Шумпетера, но незаслуженно преданных забвению советской экономической школой по идеологическим мотивам. Идеи, высказанные М.И. Туган-Барановским не потеряли своей актуальности. Более того, они и сейчас являются важнейшей составляющей методологии и теории экономических циклов, базой становления прогнозов и формирования стратегий долгосрочного экономического развития. Magnitude of the losses of the world economy from the current economic crisis, finding ways out of it and the lack of modern fundamental research on the cyclical nature of economic development, to encourage a more thorough analysis of research in the theory of crisis. One of these studies are extraordinary work of our fellow M. I. Tugan-Baranovsky, received rave reviews from prominent researchers of economic cycles E. Hansen, A. Shpitgofa, J. Lescure, Schumpeter, but undeservedly been forgotten Soviet economic school for ideological reasons. The ideas expressed M. I. Tagan-Baranovsky not lost their relevance. Moreover, they are still the most important component of the methodology and the theory of economic cycles, base formation forecasts and long-term strategies for the formation of economic development.
