Abstract

The original Profile-adapted questionnaire developed by its author is presented in the study to discover the aspects of factors influencing on the attention focusing of volleyball players. Different sports factors influencing are determined as a result of the research which gives an opportunity to develop methods of improving optimization of sportsman's mental conditions. The obtained study results gave the opportunity to carry out the analysis of correlation of sources of distraction and develop the ways of athletes` mental condition` optimization.
