Зависимость толерантного внутриглазного давления от артериального диастолического давления в A. brachialis

Abstract

Проведен сравнительный анализ результатов исследования максимально допустимого истинного внутриглазного давления, основанного на модели внутриглазного кроообращения, разработанной офтальмологами в прошлом веке с использованием офтальмодинамометрии, и максимального толерантного внутриглазного давления, проведенного на большом клиническом материале, по данным С.В. Балалина. В обоих случаях прослеживалась четкая зависимость истинного внутриглазного давления от величины артериального диастолического давления, более выраженная при математических расчетах.

There was made a comparative analysis of the examination results of the true intraocular pressure limit, based on the intraocular blood circulation model, developed by the ophthalmologists in the last century using the ophthalmodynamometry and the maximum tolerant intraocular pressure, based on the vast clinical data according to S.V. Balalin. In both cases the accurate dependence of the true intraocular pressure on the diastolic blood pressure value, more marked in mathematical calculation, was observed.
