
На основе данных, собранных автором, в статье проведен обзор длительности трудовых отношений в разных странах, в том числе по отраслям. Дана краткая характеристика особенностей трудовых отношений (длительность, накопление человеческого капитала) в некоторых корпорациях. Доказана правомерность применения понятия «пожизненная занятость» к некоторым формам трудовых отношений в современном мире. Рассмотрены причины возникновения проблем плохого баланса личной и рабочей жизни в условиях пожизненной занятости.
