Abstract

На основе данных, собранных автором, в статье проведен обзор длительности трудовых отношений в разных странах, в том числе по отраслям. Дана краткая характеристика особенностей трудовых отношений (длительность, накопление человеческого капитала) в некоторых корпорациях. Доказана правомерность применения понятия «пожизненная занятость» к некоторым формам трудовых отношений в современном мире. Рассмотрены причины возникновения проблем плохого баланса личной и рабочей жизни в условиях пожизненной занятости.

There are analysis of tenure in different countries in this article, including the different branch tenure analysis. Short description of characteristic employment relationship in some corporations. The relevance of life-time employment conception in some forms of employment relationships is prove. The connection of life-time employment and the work-life balance is scrutinize.
