Abstract

Статье автором рассмотрены международно-правовые основания самостоятельной криминализации хищения и вымогательства ядерных материалов и радиоактивных веществ, оружия, боеприпасов, взрывчатых веществ, взрывных устройств, наркотических средств и психотропных веществ.

In the article the author considered the international legal bases of independent criminalization of plunder and extortion of nuclear materials and radioactive materials, weapon, ammunition, explosives, explosive devices, drugs and psychotropic substances.
