Abstract

The main principles determining prioritized and strategically important directions in regulation of Russian telecommunication sphere are considered in the given article. The methods of state regulation of investment activities are revealed. The authors have formulated the tasks to be solved for attraction of investments into domestic economy and have identified the main developmental stages of the Russian telecommunication market.

В статье рассмотрены основные принципы, определяющие приоритетные и стратегические направления регулирования российской телекоммуникационной области. Приведены методы государственного регулирования инвестиционной деятельности. Сформулированы задачи, которые необходимо решать для привлечения инвестиций в отечественную экономику. Определены основные стадии развития российского рынка телекоммуникаций.
