Abstract

В статье анализируется история появления, становления и развития отечественной системы уголовных наказаний. Автор исследует особенности реализации отдельных видов в настоящее время, вносит предложения по их оптимизации и повышению эффективности.

The article analyzes the history of appearing, development of domestic system of criminal punishments. The author researches the realization features of separate types in present time, offers their optimization and rise of efficiency.
