Abstract

In the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis C method was used membrane plasmapheresis compared with antiviral therapy Pegasys and ribavirin. After 3 treatments was a reduction in viral load to undetectable values in 39 patients with HCV in 14 (35.9%) and 25 (64.1%) to mid-level viremia. After 5 treatments of plasmapheresis virus disappeared from the blood of another 18 (46.15%) patients. Shown the efficacy and safety of the method.
