
Предложены методики расчета отклонений от прямолинейности, плоскостности, круглости, смещений торцов отсеков летательных аппаратов при их сборке на основе координат точек, полученных от электронно-оптического координатно-измерительного устройства. На основе методик разработана компьютерная программа, с использованием которой решен ряд контрольных примеров с параметрами, полученными от CAD-системы. Показано, что данные методики позволяют получить требуемые параметры для контроля качества изготовления летательных аппаратов.
Calculation methods of the straightness, flatness and circularity deviations is offered. Calculation method of the aircraft carcass displacement is offered too. All methods were based on coordinates of points that get from an electro-optical portable coordinate measuring device. Using these methods computer program was made. Some examples were calculated and compared with data from CAD models. Such methods allow to get parameters to control carcasses of aircraft and assemble them into section.
