In the article the comprehensive retrospective analysis (in the period 2003-2012 years) of motorization of the population of Ukraine is provided. Revealed that the highest level of supply of the population by cars is characterized for Kiev city, and the leading regions in terms of motorization of the population are Kiev, Nikolaev, Odessa, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhia regions.

У статті проведено комплексний ретроспективний аналіз (у період 2003-2012 рр.) автомобілізації населення України. Виявлено, що найвищим рівнем забезпеченості населення легковими автомобілями характеризується м. Київ, а регіонами-лідерами за рівнем автомобілізації населення є Київська, Миколаївська, Одеська, Дніпропетровська та Запорізька області.
