Abstract

Профессиональное самоопределение является важным фактором социализации и самореализации личности не только в конкретной профессиональной области. В статье анализируется сущность профессионального самоопределения на основе комплексного междисциплинарного подхода. Содержание феномена самоопределения рассматривается на объективном и субъективном уровнях. Определяется взаимосвязь личностного и профессионального самоопределения. Рассматривается ценностно-смысловой аспект данного процесса с точки зрения социокультурных условий современного общества.

Professional self-determination is an important factor of socialization and self-identity not only in a specific professional field. The paper analyzes the essence of professional self-determination based on an integrated multidisciplinary approach. Content of the phenomenon of self-determination is considered at the objective and subjective levels. The connection between personal and professional self-determination is determined. The value-semantic aspect of the process in terms of socio-cultural conditions of modern society is considered.
