Клинико-патогенетические особенности респираторных нарушений у больных диабетической нефропатией и ожирением

Abstract

В статье изложены данные о клинико-патогенетических особенностях респираторных нарушений, возникающих у больных сахарным диабетом, осложненным диабетической нефропатией и ожирением. У больных с диабетической нефропатией проведено исследование функции внешнего дыхания: выявлено достоверное снижение показателей, отражающих обструктивный тип вентиляционных нарушений, степень которых прогрессировала по мере ухудшения функционального состояния почек. На это следует обращать внимание практическому врачу на раннем этапе диагностики диабетической ангиопатии.
