Abstract

В Российской Федерации продолжается дальнейшее развитие и совершенствование программы льготного обеспечения граждан лекарственными средствами, предназначенными для лечения семи «дорогостоящих» заболеваний (гемофилия, муковисцидоз, гипофизарный нанизм, болезнь Гоше, миелолейкоз, рассеянный склероз, а также состояния после трансплантации органов и тканей), программы 7 ВЗН. В статье дана оценка организационно-экономических аспектов льготного лекарственного обеспечения граждан в рамках программы 7 ВЗН на территории Орловской области.

Further development and upgrading of the public programme for the reimbursement of the so-called "7 costly nosologies" continues in the Russian Federation to provide citizens with drugs for the treatment of the most "costly" diseases: hemophilia, mucoviscidosis, pituitary dwarfism, Gaucher"s disease, myeloleykemia, disseminated sclerosis and condition after organ and tissue transplantation. The article tells about the management and economic aspects of 7 nosologies reimbursement programme in Orlov region.
