В статье рассмотрен уровень развития основных физических качеств у яхтсменов, специализирующихся в классе яхт 29й на учебно-тренировочном этапе. Определены те качества, развитие которых находится не на достаточном уровне для спортсменов данной специализации. Проведен сравнительный анализ полученных результатов с требованиями учебной программы для ДЮСШ, СДЮШОР и ШВСМ «Парусный спорт» и предложены упражнения для контрольно-переводных нормативов на учебно-тренировочном этапе.The article considers the level of development of the main physical qualities at the yachtsmen specializing in the 29 th class of yachts covering the educational and training stage. The underdeveloped qualities with poor level of development for the athletes of this specialization have been defined. The comparative analysis of the received results and the requirements to the training program for the sports school "Sailing" has been carried out and the exercises for the control and transition standards at the educational and training stage have been offered
