Abstract

Статья посвящена рассмотрению правовых аспектов использования радиочастотного спектра. В частности, рассматриваются источники правового регулирования использования радиочастотного спектра, анализируется понятие «конверсия радиочастотного спектра», рассматриваются основные проблемы, возникающие в процессе государственного регулирования использования радиочастотного спектра.

The paper is devoted to considering the legal issues of using the radio spectrum. The paper, inter alia, deals with the sources of legal regulation of using the radio spectrum, analyses the concept of "conversion of the radio frequency spectrum", and considers the main problems that arise during the process of governmental regulation of using the radio spectrum.
