Abstract

В статье на основе периодических изданий, архивных документов и статистических материалов рассматривается развитие прессы в условияхреволюционных преобразований (1917–1918 гг.). Акцентируется внимание на вопросах управления периодической печатью, ее роли в становлении власти большевиков. Автором анализируются новые формы организации печатного дела, влияние профсоюза печатников на функционирование прессы, показана противоречивость мероприятий большевиков в становлении социалистической печати, особенности реализации декретов о печати в Москве.

The article on the basis of periodicals, archivaldocuments and statistical materials considers the develop-ment of the press in the conditions of revolutionary transfor-mations (1917–1918). It focuses on issues of governance ofthe periodic press, its role in the establishment of Bolshevikpower. The author analyzes new forms of the organizationof the printing business, the influence of the printers’Union on the functioning of the press, shows the inconsistency ofist press, particularities of the implementation of the pressdecrees in Moscow.
