The Seacoast of the Azov and Black Seas of Rostov Region and Krasnodar Territory has various ecological landscape potential, significant population density and economical importance of branches of the economy. There are port complexes, recreation sectors, agricultural sectors and other kinds of activity on the given territories, that creates high and different load on the seacoast. In this connection it is necessary to carry out different assessment researches for effective development of economical activity and economics in general as in the whole region, as in its separate districts. In this work, firstly, analyses of favourability of natural environment and man''s impact on the base of expert judgments and score classifications is carried out, (the assessment is fulfilled polymathic with a glance to numerous groups of factors and indicators); secondly, with the help of matrix differential equation the territory regionalization is fulfilled, and areas with various combinations of natural conditions and man''s impact are separated out; thirdly, the conceptual scheme of ecological economical problems on the researched territory and strategies of their solution are offered. The results of this work can be used in strategic planning of economical development of the region for more effective functioning of economic infrastructure.

Побережье Азовского и Черного морей Ростовской области и Краснодарского края обладает разнообразным экологическим потенциалом ландшафтов, значимой плотностью населения и экономической важностью отраслей хозяйства. На данных территориях функционируют портовые комплексы, рекреационные хозяйства, сельские хозяйства и другие виды деятельности, что создает повышенную и разнообразную нагрузку на побережье. В связи с этим необходимо проведение различных оценочных исследований для эффективного развития хозяйственной деятельности и экономики в целом, как всего региона, так и отдельных его районов. В данной работе, во-первых, проведен анализ благоприятности природной среды и антропогенного воздействия на основе экспертных оценок и балльных классификаций, оценка выполнена разносторонне с учетом большого количества групп факторов и показателей; во-вторых, с помощью матрицы дифференциации квадратов выполнено районирование территории, выделены зоны с различными сочетаниями природных условий и антропогенного воздействия; в-третьих, выявлены основные экологические и экономические проблемы исследуемой территории и предложены стратегии их решения. Результаты данной работы могут быть использованы при стратегическом планировании экономического развития региона для более эффективного функционирования хозяйственной инфраструктуры.
