Abstract

Differential-diagnostic value of clinical-laboratory methods, radial (ray) visualisation, endoscopic examination of 50 patients with prolonged pneumonia and of 50 patients with infiltrative lung tuberculosis was compared. It was determined that in patients with prolonged pneumonia authentically bigger number of persons who had chronic inflammatory diseases of the upper air passages. The patients with lung tuberculosis authentically more often had been diagnosed for cough with sputum, febrile temperature, weight loss, sweating at night, exhaustion and authentically rarer these patients had dyspnea and pain in chest. The most characteristic index in complete blood count of patients with lung tuberculosis was monocytosis, 12 persons (24%), the same index was within the norms among all the patients with prolonged pneumonia. During broncholytic examination it was determined that for pneumonia suppurative endobronchitis of differente level of inflammation is characteristic – 34 (68%), and for tuberculosis – specific bronchial tubes affection – 23 (46%).
