Философия права русских мыслителей XIX века

Abstract

В статье дается краткий обзор идей мыслителей России П. Н. Новгородцева, Е. Трубецкого, Б. Кистяковского, позволяющий представить полную картину их воззрений на право и государство. Проанализированы важнейшие политические, в том числе либерально-правовые конституционные идеи, вытекающие из общей философии права, философии свободы личности.

Brief review of Russian thinkers' (Novgorodsev, Trubeskoy, Kistiakovsky) ideas has been performed in this article. Their opinions on the constitution law and state have been expressed. Important political, liberal constitutional ideas has been analyzed in accordance with legal philosophy and philosophy of personal liberty.
