Abstract

The article deals with the role of metal processing industry in the current context and with the level of technical and technological equipment of processing scrap and waste of ferrous metals in Russia and abroad. Identified the key problems of development of metallurgical complex, suggested a number of activities to improve national systems of scrap-iron processing.

В статье идет речь о роли металлопере-рабатывающей отрасли в современных условиях, уровне технической и технологической оснащенности переработки лома и отходов черных металлов в России и за рубежом. Определены ключевые проблемы развития металлургического комплекса, предложен ряд мероприятий по совершенствованию отечественной системы ломопе-реработки.
