Рассматривается техническое средство, позволяющее оптимизировать процедуру досмотра авиапассажиров, металлодетектор для досмотра обуви. Дается технико-экономическое обоснование эффективности применения данного прибора на пунктах досмотра в аэропортах.
The article looks at a technical tool which would help optimise inspecting air passengers (a metal detector for inspecting footwear), and provides a feasibility study of efficiency of its use at inspection posts at airports.
