Модульный подход к организации корпоративной подготовки рабочих кадров

Abstract

In article the modular approach to the organization and realization corporative training of workers is considered. The essence of modular training and the basic directions of the analysis of concept "module" is determined. Fea-tures of the conception «Training that using modulars of employable skills» (МES-conception) with reference to the organization and realization corporative training of workers are opened. The description of the program, me-thodical and organizational documentation accepted in the МES-conception, in positions of the organization cor-porative training of workers is resulted. The modular technology of corporative training of workers is briefly described and results of skilled search work on application of modular technology for training of workers in the educational centre of company «Metallurgical holding» are resulted. It is judged opportunities of modular train-ing and its efficiency for corporative training of workers in the educational centres of the enterprises.

В статье рассматривается модульный подход к организации и осуществлению корпоративной подготов-ки рабочих кадров. Определяется сущность модульного обучения и основные направления анализа по-нятия «модуль». Раскрываются особенности концепции «Модули трудовых навыков» (МТН-концепции) применительно к организации и осуществлению корпоративного обучения рабочих кадров. Приводится описание программной, методической и организационной документации, принятой в МТН-концепции, в позиций организации корпоративного обучения рабочих кадров. Кратко описывается модульная тех-нология корпоративной подготовки рабочих кадров и приводятся результаты опытно-поисковой работы по применению модульной технологии для подготовки рабочих кадров в Центре подготовки персонала ОАО «Металлургический холдинг». Делается вывод о возможностях модульного обучения и его эффек-тивности для корпоративной подготовки рабочих кадров в учебных центрах предприятий.
