Abstract

Рассматриваются проблемы уголовной ответственности и назначения наказания за преступления сексуального характера, совершённые в отношении несовершеннолетних, в свете изменений в УК РФ, внесенных Федеральным законом от 29.02.2012 г. № 14.

The author considers the problem of criminal responsibility and sentencing for sexual offenses committed against minors, in light of changes in the Criminal Code, introduced by the Federal Law of 29.02.2012.
