
In article the author, on the basis of the historical analysis, reflects on unique perception the Russian people of the state and legal institutes formed throughout centuries under the influence of orthodox culture. Also the short comparative analysis of the relations of the state and society in the western and Russian civilizations takes place. An attempt to explain the reasons of the approved rationalism of the state and legal construction in the West is made. At the same time it is shown how inherent in the Russian civilization, the world outlook idealism and orthodox consciousness in perception of state and legal system were the reason of manifestation of extreme forms of social reaction from immense humility and long-suffering, before ruthless destruction of the state foundations, social system.
В статье содержится краткий сравнительный анализ отношений государства и общества в западной и русской цивилизациях. Предпринята попытка объяснить причины утвердившегося рационализма государственного и правового строительства на Западе. Показано, как присущие русской цивилизации мировоззренческий идеализм и православное самосознание в восприятии государственно-правовой системы служили причиной проявления крайних форм социальной реакции от безмерной смиренности и долготерпения до беспощадного разрушения государственных устоев, социальной системы.
